The title code was already posted so here is the emblem code.

Will allow you to change your emblem to whatever you want even if you haven't unlocked it yet.

Emblems change with increments of 100.

Example -
00000000 = Dog Tags
00000100 = S.S.D.D.
00000200 = Sgt.
00000300 = 1st Sgt.
00000400 = 1st Lt.
00000500 = Maj.
Etc....
