VertaSwitch is a tweak that changes the default app switching animation from moving the apps horizontally to vertically. Whenever you select a new app in the app switcher this animation plays, instead of the default one. It was created by the developer of another useless tweak.

This tweak is available for free from the BigBoss repo.
