Don't go say this doesn't work, just read the instructions carefully.

This works through your 5th proposal, so when you get a proposal/send a proposal, press the home button and it will load the person in slot 5's ID into gecko memory. Now, log out and go to a new profile. Select it, then go to MW3 online and when it says "Please Wait..." press home again, and when you reconnect you will be on the victims profile.
